Weigh In: David Haye 210, Dereck Chisora 247

By Johnny Walker

UK heavyweight Dereck “Del Boy” Chisora will outweigh his countryman David “Hayemaker” Haye by a whopping 37 pounds when the two men step into the ring on Saturday night at Upton Park in London, England.

The two men stepped on the scales today–again separated by a fence–to a mixture of boos and cheers from the audience, though Haye appeared to have the edge in support. Haye is in bodybuilder-type form, ripped and chiseled.

Chisora also looks to be in good shape, though he is four pounds heavier than when he fought Robert Helenius, perhaps his best showing as a professional. He weighed 261 when he lost to Tyson Fury.

“I’m coming, you make sure when I come and I bring it, you got it,” Chisora snarled at Haye through the fence.

Cries of “He glassed me!” and “David, how’s your toe?” could be heard from each man’s supporters in the crowd.
